Yoga for Everybody!
Providing you a sustainable yoga practice that will serve you for many years to come.
All Levels Welcome, this is a non flow class where we explore alternative transitions between poses, rather than the more usual chatturanga, up-dog, down-dog sequence. I like to describe this class as very accessible but not necessarily easy. Please give this class a try. We keep it light hearted, laugh a lot, and there is a great sense of camaraderie in the yoga room.
Hatha Flow with Music
All Levels Welcome, a flow practice with encouragement to practice in the spirit of not too much, not too little, just enough for you. We might take a teaching moment, or two, during class to refine poses.

Testimonials from my students
“Ulla's experience and yoga wisdom help make her a wonderful teacher. She has empathy and understanding of bodies which are young or older, flexible or less so. In short, she makes her classes accessible to all her students. The biggest help she has been for me, however, is helping me accept exactly where I am on any given day.”
“I appreciate the wide variety of knowledge in both the physiological and spiritual/emotional/
psychological realms and thus trust Ulla immensely. I also enjoy the mix of specificity of classes whether it be on biomechanics or head/heart themes. I hang on every word she says because as I peel away the layers - her words, which can be so subtle, have so much wisdom and are a continual reinforcement that everything is ok just the way it is.”
